We have now provide a little user guide to help you use the site and some of it's features.

• Navigation: The basic navigation for the site is all on the lefthand side with a short menu at the top of the page.
• News & Reports: The news link will take you to the latest information and latest reports on training sessions and gradings.
• Articles: The articles section will have specific reports or interviews with guest instructors.
• Events: The events calender provides details of up and coming courses including gradings and half term breaks/holidays. The calender can be searched by year, month, week etc. Click the highlighted link on the calender for further information.
• Links: This section contains links to clubs, equipment suppliers and other relevant sites.
• Guestbook: Feel free to leave your mark here.
• Gallery: Photo from courses grading etc will be posted here. The gallery is also searchable.
• Search: As the site grows you may want to search for specific reports and articles. The search facility offers a number of options
• Games: Ah yes the fun part. Games are currently open to all but it may well become a members only feature. The games use the four arrow keys and space bar on your keyboard as a rule. The games have been produced using Flash. You will need to install the Flash plug-in for it to work. Get Flash
• Login: Once you have signed up to the site you can login here. As features are added they may become members only. You can change your password and other details once you have logged in.
• Newsletter: The newsletter requires you to sign up to receive it. We only send these from time to time and you will also need to confirm your email address before your subscription is activated.
